Shipping Policy and FAQ


  • United States Postal Services (USPS) and UPS

  • All items takes 3 processing days. Once it is processed, it will be shipped on every Friday of the week.
    Saturday and Sunday are not included in business days.

  • All items are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
    Delivery time depending on location....

    • Within California, Arizona, and Colorado it takes about 1-2 business days.

    • Within the U.S. it would take approximately 2-3 business days.

    • Shipping outside of U.S. (international shipping) takes approximately 5-10 business days.

    • Tracking numbers from USPS or UPS will be sent to you through via Email.

    • International shipping Customs numbers will be via Email.

  • Pre-orders are shipped when the products are completed.
    Shipping dates are approximately 2-4 business days.
    When products arrive, they will be shipped out immediately.
    Emails will be sent out to inform buyers when the products have arrived.

  • Mori Galaxy is not responsible for any item damaged or lost during shipping.
    Items are checked for quality and packaged uniquely before mailing out.

    • All sales are final.

    • We do not refund items that have incorrect addresses.
      Please double check your mailing address before confirming your shopping list.

    • If the item have been marked shipped and lost due to incorrect labeling, the customer will be required to pay the item in full to receive new shipment.

    • If international mails are returned to us, or in the process of returning to us, we do not and cannot mail the items without receiving the package first.

    • If your item has been returned to us, you will receive an email (to your order email you provided) about your item.
      You’ll have to pay new shipping cost to mail out your item again.

    • Exchanges are available if the items are damaged or misprinted. Damaged items may be returned by providing photo evidence and email confirmation.

    • To exchange, the item has to be unworn and unopened. 

    • Exchanged item(s) MUST retain original packaging. All items within the package must be returned. Return shipping fee applies.

    • Mori Galaxy and it's associates are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that are marked “delivered” by USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc.
